Our client was looking for a glass Veranda with lights. Supplied and installed at their home in Bromley Cross, Bolton.
They wanted the Veranda to cover the new patio area, to create a covered space blending the inside to the outside.
After deciding on a glass veranda and an anthracite framework, they got in contact with us.
We were commissioned to remove and dispose of their old wooden veranda.
They wanted a low maintenance aluminium framework with integrated spotlights.

To maximise the light under the veranda they chose LED spotlights.
If in the summer months they get too hot under the glass they have the option of adding a Veranda Awning. Don’t forget you may want to add electric screens to the sides and heating.
By creating a covered space they can relax and enjoy the views from the patio overlooking the garden all year round.
We designed the veranda to cover the full width of the patio area to maximize the space.
The veranda now provides an area to sit in the dry and enjoy their garden.
By adding heaters to the glass veranda. They can use the veranda on cold days and late into the evening.
Our heaters are infrared so they heat the person rather than the air. The heaters are dimmable in three stages and comes with remote control.
The glass veranda is easy to maintain. The local window cleaner can clean the glazing and framework with a long reach soft brush and hose.
SBI verandas and canopies come with a 10-year warranty and a 25-year life expectancy.
